Put Me In Coach

 Hiya everyone!!

Hope all is well!! This week was a grind for sure. But it was really cool! I just felt like this was my motto for the week. It was one of those weeks where your feet have to meet the rubber and you just run with whatever you have got. There was a lot of cancellations and lots of doors that were knocked, but I was able to perserve and we are here now so huzzah!!

Here's the rundown:

-Monday we had stake pday!! And guess what. I got my zone to go on a run with me! And in the pouring rain! It was a blast let me tell you. Highlight of my mission. Then we played spikeball, chair football, and ended with american football in the pouring rain! It was a blast

-Tuesday I went on a small exchange with Sister Shetka. We went finding and had a neat experience! As we were knocking doors in the neighborhood there was a group of about 12 kids, all boys except two girls. they were playing football and they saw us and ran over to us! And it was so cute!! They proceeded to circle around us and ask question after question about America, who we were, what we were doing! And they wanted leaflets! Keep in mind, the oldest was probably 11. It was so cute, obviously we couldn't teach them or didn't try to because of parents permission and everything, but it all came from them! And hopefully one day they will remember these two American girls in dresses!

-Went on an exchange with the Newcastle Mandarin sisters, I was with Sister Hilton!! It was so fun! She is the coolest and we had connections back at BYU so that was super fun! I also got to practice my chinese a little bit. I can say a few phrases and pray in Chinese.

-Had a fun day at institute!! About 19 YA came!! We all played nine square and that was a blast!

-On Sunday we had our normal branch sacrament meeting in Alnwick, and then we held a sateliate branch in Amble. Amble is a small village on the coast and a couple families of members live there. They can't get to Alnwick, so once a month, we hold a sacrament meeting there. It was so sweet! And people that attend Alnwick come and support those in Amble. There were 14 that came, including us 6 missionaries haha. But It is so sweet to see the faith that these members have. The spirit was so strong.

But yea, everything else was lots of finding hours. We met a lot of potentials and the work continues to move forward!

I love my Savior!!!
